Couples therapy is for people who want healthier relationships.


Every relationship takes work, and every relationship goes through difficult times. When our relationships leave us feeling anxious, depressed, and stressed out, it’s time for a change.

Figuring out what to change can be the hard part. You know you want to feel more connected, to quit fighting, and to build a strong future together.

I specialize in helping LGBTQIA+ couples at all stages of their relationships, as well as ADHD and neurodivergent couples.
